It is just amazing, I have been in that house and there is just nothing left! Only bricks and a chimney, a tub, the roof and the satellite dish. Out in the yard there is the little strawberry patch. So sad. I have started backing up my computer just in case of such a catastrophe - things aren't important, but pictures are!
How sad. Im so glad they're all okay. funny that something so fragile would survive..but Im glad they strawberries are still doing fine. Its one of those things that kind of is comforting, you know?
I haven't heard yet what caused the fire. But it sure makes you realize how quickly all the things we are used to are gone. No clothing, shoes, blankets, children's old treasures. That would be tragic.
eeek. I hope everyone got out okay. Your right about the pictures thing. That's one of my "reasons" for blogging...kind of a backwards way to store photos electronically "just in case."
In 1979 this family began. It has grown to 15 members. We like to go to the lake, hunt, fish, read, play games and talk politics. This blog is for opinions, and updates and messages so we can stay in touch. Others are welcome so long as they are civil. Hope you enjoy!

Do they know how it happened?
